  Service could be faster and the place could be cleaner. The workers have a bad altitude. It's difficult to get in and out if the parking lot.

  I went into the restaurant and explained to the manager that there was an insect in my food. The manager is a brother of the owner Keith. He remembered me from a previous complaint. So he assumed I was lying because I had a previous complaint about something else and he also assumed I was looking for something for nothing he wasn't concerned it was a problem with the food he was concerned more about there was more than one complaint by the same person . When the restaurant first opened I met Keith the manager and told him the mistakes his people were making he was glad I let him know. Now that his brother is running the place he insulted me even though I told him I wasn't even looking for anything. I just wanted to let him know. I could care less about the money it's just the disrespect he showed me that made me write this. I asked him his name and he said to leave his restaurant. No class or respect. I hope Keith sees this so I can tell him he is not like his brother. Managers should act a little more professional. I can't believe he was so afraid to give his name and that's why I posted this.
