I can honestly say that these cakes are better than any cake I have had from a bakery and I grew up in NYC, so that's saying a lot! They are so well made. It was as though they had someone's southern Grandmother in the kitchen baking them! They reminded me of the cakes that my father used to bake from scratch. His cakes were made with love.
